FIT FOR LIFE

(When seating your students please space them so that they have room to stand and do some activities.)

Narrator 1:    It is time to talk about Physical Fitness.  Everyone from the age of birth

to one hundred and ten need to be physically fit.  It makes us feel better.

it makes us happy, it makes us look good.  Let’s take time to look at

someone’s life and see how she can possibly stay fit for their whole life.

Narrator 2:  (This speaker must be a girl and she is sitting in the audience when she

jumps up and says her line.)  Let me be the example.   (Comes up on

                         stage.)

Narrator 3:  Ok it all started a long time ago when you were born.  (everyone points to

                        Narrator 2).

Narrator 4:  You laid around a lot because you hadn’t learned to walk, but you didn’t

                        watch any TV…

Narrator 5:  Instead you wanted to play, to wiggle and giggle and move.

Narrator 2:  That’s me (wiggles and giggles)

Narrator 1:  Then you grew a little and instead of watching TV, you wanted to go

outside and play and run and wiggle and giggle and roll

                        over…

Narrator 2:  (interrupts) and tumble

Narrator 3:  and tumble.  You wanted to do anything except sit still.
