PERFORM FOUR PE CHALLENGE ACTIVITIES—Possible music would be some rock & roll

(Have the students stand up and do their activity for about 30 – 45 seconds.  The basketball throwers should be throwing at the basket etc.  After that time you should blow a whistle and they move to the next activity and the basketball throwers go around the outside of the gym and pick up the Spin jammers and twirl.  You should do this 5 times until they are back to their original place.  At the whistle they should orderly and quickly run out of the gym with the equipment and stash it and line back up to come into the gym ready to exercise.  As they enter this time they should do a cant like they do in the army.  The first four people should be the leaders and the rest of the class should echo what they say.)
