| The programs you find here have these qualities:
- Can be copied for your use(without breaking the copyright law)
- No royalties
- Can be changed (without the authors permission)
- Are versatile (when it comes to how many participants)
- Has no music, just suggestions for music (You insert music you are familiar with or don't even use music.)
- Use a minimal amount of time and rehearsal
- Written so you can leave parts out that you do not want and not affect the program.
- Are fun for the students (and the teacher)
- Some give the students an opportunity to display their own talents
All the programs in the different catagories were written by Caroline Mackay out of frustration. As a teacher I wanted plays that I could change without infringing on copy right and I wanted to be able to copy them. When you purchase one of my plays or programs you also purchase the right to copy them for your use. They have been produced in an elementary school setting by a veteran teacher.
ART STARTS
Art Starts started when students in the classroom stopped drawing. They said they could not think of anything to draw. So Caroline used her computer and made some ideas up for the students to get ideas from. They were made into folders with title pages for each idea so that they could be made into a "Classroom Art Book". Each page has a small picture in the corner and then the title of the picture. Such as the picture of a castle and the title would be "My Castle". The students then took the to on the idea t was put into the Art Book
