Purchase Orders or Mail Orders

Purchase Orders

We are happy to begin offering this service to schools. 

• Minimum amount for a purchase order is $25
• Mail your school PO to the address listed below. 
• We only accept purchase orders on official school formats that use assigned purchase order numbers.
• The purchase order must have an authorized signature of a school official.
• Please include a phone number for the school
• Payment is due in 30 days of the receipt of your invoice.
• If you need to fax an order, because of time, you must contact us first at ezedplays@cableone.net for  instructions

Regular Mail Orders

• Select items, enclose check or money order and mail  to:

• If a check is sent it will take longer to process the order
